Step 1: Before you get started, first connect all the pieces together and test to make sure everything works. Connect the red power wire to the positive terminal of the battery and connect the black ground wire to the negative terminal of the battery.
Once the wires are temporarily secured, power up the kit to ensure full functionality before installing it. If everything is in working order, turn the kit off and disconnect the power and ground wires from the battery to prepare for installation.
Step 2: Find the location(s) you would like to mount the LED strips. This can be any place you desire, as long as the location is appropriate. This means that the surface needs to be completely clean and free of dirt so the adhesive can fully adhere onto the surface. You may use a washcloth to remove any leftover debris.
Peel off the adhesive and secure the LED strip onto the surface.
Step 3: Route the wires to the motorcycle battery compartment and connect them to the module box.
Step 4: Connect red to battery positive and black to battery negative.
